Active Membership - $25.00 per year - Active members of CORE are individuals who are registered with the CORE chapter or affiliate in their area and who attend membership meetings, participate in CORE events and activities and/or contribute volunteer time on a regular basis.

General Membership - $50.00 per year - General members of CORE are individuals who do not belong to a CORE chapter or affiliate but participate in CORE events and activities on a regular basis.

Professional Membership - $100.00 per year - Professional members of CORE are individuals who provide volunteer services to the organization and/or are listed with our referral center (i.e. Doctors, Lawyers, Accountants, etc.)

Patron Membership - $100.00 and over per year - Patron members of CORE are individuals and/or small businesses who support the organization's activities with monetary contributions and/or pro bono services.

Corporate Membership - $500.00 and over per year - Corporate members of CORE are large companies who support the organization's activities with monetary contributions and/or in-kind services.

Student Membership - $15.00 per year - Student members of CORE are individuals who fall into either the active or general membership category and are actively enrolled in and attending an educational institution on a regular basis.

Senior Citizens Membership - $15.00 per year - Senior Citizen members of CORE are individuals who fall into either the active or general membership category and are over the age of 65.
